About Me
Hi, I’m Julie — a passionate fitness coach who believes everyone deserves to feel strong, confident, and proud of their progress. I fell in love with fitness through group classes and the buzz of working out with others. But my real confidence came when I qualified as a Gym Instructor — once I picked up those dumbbells, I was hooked! For the past five years, weight training has been my passion, and I love how it makes me feel — powerful, energised, and unstoppable.
Now, I want to help others feel the same. I love seeing people surprise themselves — lifting more, moving better, and discovering what they’re capable of. My approach is friendly, structured, and supportive, helping you build strength and confidence that carries into everyday life.




Experience
Since 2019, I’ve taught a range of classes — from Pump and HIIT to Circuits, Strength, and Lifecycle — helping hundreds of people improve their fitness, energy, and confidence. My years in group training taught me how to keep sessions structured, motivating, and fun.
Now, as a Personal Trainer at East Leake Leisure Centre, I work with adults, parents, and beginners who want to feel fitter and more confident in the gym. My PT sessions blend strength, support, and clear guidance — giving you the tools to train safely, lift smart, and feel amazing in your own skin.
